In 1993, Ly Brothers Corporation was created to manage its successful brands and companies in the market today. The Corporation operates Sugar Bowl Bakery, American Bakery, Gordon Ly, Sugar Bowl International, Nature 101 ("Vitamin Fiber Water" and "Crunchy Munchies"), and Rising Stars Marketing, Sales, and Development. Two affiliated companies of the Corporation are Yick Tac Plastics and Maxwell Dried Foods.
